UPGRADE your Thermo Scientific Flex Ion source with our Nanospray Tip Assembly kit. This system allows any non-pulled tip analytical column to connect to a liquid junction with replaceable steel or glass tips. Easy to install, includes lots of parts:

  • Nanospray tip assembly

  • High voltage lead

  • VICI steel micro union

  • VICI PEEK nut ferrules (5 pc)

  • 20um ID x 20cm finished transfer lines (5 pc)

  • Red tightening tool and 3/16” / 1/4” open end wrench

Purchase separately fused silica Stinger tips (by MicrOnics) or the Sharp Singularity tips (by Fossil Ion Tech) tips which connect directly to the micro union. Also uses high quality steel or fused silica PepSep emitters which need a micro sleeve.
