MicrOmics Nanospray Emitters

$300.00

Nanospray emitters by MicrOmics are a unique and highly valued product, as they have tip angles less than 4 degrees in both a Constant ID Etched Tip (CET) in 10um ID or 20um ID (previously called Stinger Tips), or in a Pulled Etched Tip (PET) that has a reduced tip orifice of ~8um for improved spray stability at low flow rates. Various lengths and IDs can be ordered as well, please contact us directly for details.

All tips come 5pc/pk in a convenient storage box, common sizes carried in-stock at ESI Source Solutions.

CET emitters are fully etched to have a consistent thin-walled capillary extending to the tip. As they are constant ID, they are resistant to clogging and give very high sensitivity signals at low flow rates.

PET emitters are pulled to a specific 8um tip and etched to form a long thin-walled tip capillary wall leading up to the tip. These can give even higher sensitivity for very low flow rates but are slightly more subject to clogging if trace particulates or debris are in the sample stream.
